Howdy, y'all. i am saying hello to youse from norway, and givinfg you some great pictures, too. i see that on my way to Moa(mall) and whenever i am in blindheim. Not very funny :{(, i know. but very beautiful. i am settling in great here, with new friends( especially Ingrid, Martine, Julie, and Kamilla)in a cool new school. in fact, i went to Moa on friday with my new friends. and tomorrow, we are going swimming, but ingrid is leaving for the rest of the week, for she is going slalom skiing( WHAT A POOP!!!) . i have already learned how to say " are you stupid, or what?" " i'm gonna beat you up!" " are you gay?" and , my favorite "i am going to kick your ass!"
and friday, also, we went sledding in the mountain behind the school.
and i got beaten up( almost) by this little punk in my class named Sondra, because i played keep away with his hat and called him gay. and then, i built a snowman.
VEEEEEERY different. especially for me, cuz i am from florida.
okay, i was going to put up a video of a swedish style of singing called Kulning, but i couldn't figure out how! if someone would please tell me...
well, the vikings used to sing in this strange style to call their sheep and things back to the farm. women would also use it to communicate, because it is very loud.
my friends Rutger and Isabella on Midsommar at camp. we thought it was so funny he played accordion. i told him i collect pictures of people playing obcure indtruments. i don't!
i absoulutley love this picture! i have another one of him and Nisse and Tyra and someone else playing swedish folk music on Midsommar.
from restaraunt night at camp, my friend Claire decided to draw a mustache on herself. this picture is a favorite of mine, because it would be very cute and seious if she didn't have that mustache! with it, she just looked creepy. her name at camp was Angela, so i called her MANgela!
i come from rhode island, i grew up near thayer street, then in warwick. now i live in Norway( soon to be Netherkands...) i speak swedish and i am learning norwegian. oh, & english. veeery well, that one.
